Every artist knows that it is often hard to know when to stop painting. There is always a temptation to do a bit more, to tweak this or that, and perhaps spoil what was a simple, fresh image. This design was to have another layer but my artist friends said that it was fine as it was, and I should stop. I kept looking at it on the frame for days, thinking how I could improve it. And each idea had the risk of over-complicating the simple movement of the brush strokes. So here it is, finished or unfinished. You decide!
